Dear Callonwood Neighbor: On January 13th the email below was sent to all Callonwood residents regarding the need to remove any remaining leaves in and around your property and to trim trees that overhang sidewalks and the street. Thankfully, many residents have attended to this request. However, in multiple cases, leaves were not picked up, including those in street gutters - especially near storm drains. January 23, 2026 This communication was emailed to all residents. Dear Callonwood Community, Cold Weather Reminder We are bracing for some cold weather, with possible ice or snow. Please take precautions and be safe. During winter weather events, common areas and amenities, including the clubhouse area, sidewalks, parking lots, and playground may be affected by weather conditions. This is typically a short-lived situation, and residents should use caution and use these areas at their own risk during such events. If we do get snow, enjoy building those snowmen. As we move through the fall season, please help keep our neighborhood beautiful and avoid violations by following these guidelines: Leaf Pickup Leaf cleanup should be consistent and ongoing throughout fall. Excess leaves left in yards can blow into neighbors’ properties, smother grass, and create eyesores. This may result in violations if not addressed.
